- Lingua: Il testo dei poster deve essere redatto esclusivamente in Inglese.
- Formato: Le dimensioni massime consentite sono A0 (841 x 1189 mm) con orientamento verticale.
- Grafica: È possibile scaricare il logo della Conferenza a questo link per inserirlo nell'impaginazione.
- Stampa: L'organizzazione non fornisce un servizio di stampa; gli Autori devono provvedere autonomamente alla produzione del materiale.
Affissione e Rimozione
- Gestione: Gli Autori sono responsabili sia dell'affissione che della rimozione del proprio poster.
- Modalità di fissaggio: È consentito esclusivamente l'uso di nastro adesivo, biadesivo o gomma adesiva removibile (es. Patafix). È severamente vietato forare i pannelli. Gli Autori saranno ritenuti responsabili di eventuali danni arrecati alle strutture.
- Posizionamento: Ogni poster deve essere installato sul pannello corrispondente al numero identificativo assegnato nel programma.
Esposizione e Responsabilità
- Durata: I poster devono essere affissi per la durata della sessione assegnata e rimossi al termine della stessa.
- Responsabilità: L'Organizzazione non risponde di eventuali danni ai poster durante l'esposizione né dello smarrimento dei materiali non rimossi al termine della sessione assegnata.
- Assistenza: Il personale dello staff sarà presente nell'area poster per fornire supporto durante le operazioni di allestimento e smontaggio.

Specifications and Content
- Language: Poster text must be written in English.
- Format: The maximum permitted size is A0 (841 x 1189 mm), with a vertical (portrait) orientation.
- Graphics: The official Conference Logo is available for download at this link and may be included in your layout.
- Printing: The organisation does not provide a printing service, so authors must arrange the production of their material themselves.
Mounting and Removal
- Responsibility: Authors are responsible for both the installation and removal of their posters from the assigned panels.
- Mounting Methods: Use only removable adhesive tape, double-sided tape, or adhesive putty (e.g., Patafix). Do not use pins or tools that perforate the panels. Authors will be held liable for any damage caused to the display structures.
- Location: Posters must be mounted on the specific panel corresponding to the ID number listed in the programme.
Display and Liability
- Duration: Posters will remain on display for the entire duration of the scheduled session in the designated Poster Area.
- Liability: The Organization is not responsible for damage to posters during the event or for any materials left behind after the end of the scheduled session.
- Support: Staff members will be present in the poster area to assist with setting up and taking down posters.
